DJ Hozzy

DJ HOZZY bought his own record-players in 2002 and for the first time without having any knowledge he tried to play. He was collecting needed advice and information during that time and thanks to his intensive practising and enthusiasm he was improving his mixing technique in which he has been able to reach perfection after getting enough experience.

In 2004 he recorded his first demo record which enabled him his first big playing in the most famous club Roxy in Prague in January 2005.

The year 2005 became an outstanding year in his playing and he received other offers. DJ Hozzy considers as the biggest opportunities for performing his residence in a legendary club Studio 54 and in club Staré Lázně (Old Spas) in Kolín, where for the first time he played together with worldwide famous djs such as Eric Sneo, Moquai, CJ Bolland, Felipe and with the best known Czech djs such as Orbith, Lucca, Ladida, Chris Sadler, Michael Burian and so on. This year he also participated in his first festival Summer of love.

In 2006 he gained another residence in the club Pekelnej Bar (Hellish bar), where he introduced his project 2FUNKBROTHERS djs. under the name the night of FEEL THE VIBE. The night became very popular step by step and nowadays it belongs to the best party of this club.

In 2007 he is beginning to be interested in producing his own music. His interest has changed into enthusiasm that is why we can look forward to hearing his music full of energy, and there is much more to come….

His favorite interpreters are mainly French and American producers and djs such as Antoine Clamaran, Dj Flex, Robbie Rivera, Hatiras, DJ DLG, DJ Dan, Richard F or Bryan Cox.
