Dj Maxime played his first DJ sets thanks to his mate Dj David Bowles who gave him his first chance to mix live in 2001. That was the beginning of a whole story: making people dance and experience electronic music all night long.
Step by step, solo or through different collaborations such as Levelrise (Musicians & Producers collective), or the duo he formed with Ivan M. (saxo), Maxime makes his way, always keeping in mind the idea that you can give a few minutes of happiness to anyone while dancing on loud music!
Never taking the easy solution of playing only main stream radio hits, he considers the mix as a real way for creativity and the best way to find the “ultimate pleasure”. As a reference he always speaks about Jeff Bennett, and more recently about Dave DK.
DJ Maxime plays regularly in the major clubs of Prague (Roxy, Mecca, Duplex, Fleda, etc…) alongside international artists (see bellow), and he already appeared abroad many times: in France, Germany, Slovakia, Serbia, Montenegro and Switzerland.
